Happy New Year! Every year people start with good intentions and tend to lose them. This year, why not follow the path of the samurai? I am not talking about becoming a professional swordsman, but about the path of life. one of purpose and discipline. Health is a valuable and precious gift from our parents and from heaven. It is our responsibility to take care of ourselves to honor them, our children, and future generations. It is important to get children and teens on the path of health before they make all those habits of eating high fat, fried, and sugary foods. Good food can be healthy. Why not try some baking with your kids one of these weekends and enjoy the challenge of making a tasty and healthy dessert? Here is one for you to try.
